Advanced high power DC LED Driver
Lumiboost is an advanced DC to DC boost converter designed specifically for high power LED chip-on-board arrays. With a powerful microprocessor onboard, it can read multiple input signal types for dimming control. These include: DMX-521, R/C servo style PWM, analog voltage, Art-Net, and board-to-board communication. Designed with drone lighting in mind, the Lumiboost is optimized for Lithium batteries. It includes a programmable low voltage cutoff feature for battery protection. Thermal protection and active fan control can be enabled with the use of an external thermistor.
The Lumiboost is fully configurable via the PC application software. It also has a live telemetry stream for monitoring power, voltage, current, input signals, and more. Numerous Lumiboost boards can be daisy-chained together for simultaneous control and configuration.

LED Compatibility:
The input voltage must be lower than the forward voltage (VF) rating of the LED emitter. For best results, use LEDs with a VF rating of 22 to 70V. When using LEDs with a VF above 36V, it’s recommended to keep the input voltage above 20V.
By default, the Lumiboost is configured for LEDs with a max current rating of 3.5A and a VF of 32V. Changing any settings will require use of the Lumiboost Configurator Software.
